The QA Analyst reviews KYC and ongoing due diligence outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements. This role helps maintain high compliance standards and reduces operational risk.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Review onboarding, VA opening, and ODD files to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
- Document findings and provide constructive feedback to analysts
- Track and report quality issues to the QA Manager.
- Collaborate with operations teams to address identified gaps.
- Maintain QA review records for audit and compliance reporting.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of recurring issues.
For this role you'll also have:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in KYC, compliance, or QA functions.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate feedback clearly and constructively.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks under time pressure.
