The Global Future Leader (GFL) Program is the company’s core talent development initiative designed to identify and cultivate high-potential individuals into future business leaders supporting the company’s global growth. Through a structured two-year global rotation, executive mentorship, and systematic training, participants will gain comprehensive exposure to key business functions and international operations.

For this role you also have:
1. University graduates in all disciplines. Graduation between 2024.1.1- 2026.8.31, with less than two years of full-time work experience.
2. Proficient in English and able to use it as a working language, with a global perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.
3. Self-motivated, responsible, with strong learning ability and execution capability.
4. Strong interest in long-term development in the fintech industry, with leadership potential and ambition.
