​What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • ​Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding hiring requirements, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and pre-onboarding activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
  • Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, competencies, motivation and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support salary alignment, offer preparation and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical positions, particularly within sales and shared services functions.
  • Ensure recruitment records, candidate information and hiring progress are accurately maintained in the applicant tracking system or recruitment tracker.
  • Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges and market feedback.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, employee referral initiatives, career fairs and employer-branding activities when required.
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and applicable employment and data privacy requirements.

​For this role you’ll also have:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Prior experience recruiting for shared services functions.
  • Good understanding of and practical experience managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Experience recruiting for sales, business development or other commercial positions is strongly preferred.
  • Good sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow through on recruitment activities independently.
  • Proficiency in English is required. The ability to communicate in additional languages will be an advantage when supporting candidates and stakeholders across different markets.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system or recruitment management platform will be an advantage.
