Role Objective
Lead our expanded digital acquisition strategy with a focus on scaling our end-user base globally and regionally. This role is responsible for architecting and executing data-driven performance campaigns to drive adoption for our upcoming mobile and digital product verticals across APAC and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Media Buying: Direct paid media investments across global digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Mobile Ad Networks) to maximise our international digital footprint and user adoption.
- Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive User Acquisition (UA) strategies for new product lines, continually optimising Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across diverse markets.
- Campaign Analytics: Establish a rigorous A/B testing framework for ad creatives, targeting, and digital conversion funnels tailored to different regional consumer behaviours.
- Market Positioning: Ensure all messaging and brand positioning effectively capture our expanding target demographic, adapting localised strategies under a unified global brand identity.
Core Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing multi-channel performance marketing budgets and driving quantifiable user growth.
- Demonstrated success driving user acquisition on an APAC or international scale, with a strong grasp of cross-border market dynamics.
- Proven track record in scaling digital or mobile-first platforms (Global fintech, digital wallet, or payment ecosystem experience is a strong plus).
