Role Objective
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our new mobile-focused product suite for a regional and international audience. This leader will ensure our upcoming applications deliver a frictionless, highly engaging user experience, expanding our reach to a broader, global demographic.
Key Responsibilities
- App Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our mobile application initiatives, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration across multiple target markets.
- End-User Experience (UX): Champion a user-centric design approach to maximise engagement, retention, and seamless in-app interactions for a diverse, international user base.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Growth Marketing to align product features with regional user acquisition campaigns and localised onboarding flows.
- Agile Delivery: Lead engineering and design teams using agile methodologies to ensure rapid, high-quality feature releases in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional scale-up environment.
Core Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrable track record of shipping and scaling successful consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Experience scaling digital products across multiple jurisdictions within the APAC region or globally.
- Strong analytical background, utilising user behaviour data to drive product decisions and optimise digital touch points across varying market environments.
- Experience building scalable products from the ground up (0-to-1) within the tech or fintech sectors.
