We are looking for a hands-on HR Lead/Director to drive the people agenda across our international markets.

  • Partner directly with the Co-founder, senior leadership, and Country Managers to ensure teams are structured, staffed, and operating effectively across each market
  • Balance global consistency with local market needs, working closely with country leadership on day-to-day people matters

Own the people agenda across markets

Build high-performing teams and leaders

Establish strong, scalable HR foundations

  • Implement systems and processes that support scale without adding unnecessary complexity

Collaborate to scale effectively

  • Work closely with existing HR teams to align on policies, frameworks, and key initiatives

For this role you also have:

  • Experience in multi-country or regional roles, ideally in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of building or scaling teams and organisations from scratch
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR practices across key markets (e.g. APAC, Europe)
  • Ability to operate effectively across diverse markets and regulatory environments
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or similarly complex, regulated environments is a plus
