The QA Manager oversees the quality assurance program for KYC and compliance operations, ensuring processes meet internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role sets QA standards, manages review schedules, and drives continuous improvement to reduce errors and strengthen controls.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Develop and maintain the QA framework for KYC and compliance processes.
- Lead and mentor QA Analysts, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct quality reviews of onboarding, ODD, and other KYC work to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and training needs from QA results.
- Work with Compliance Operations to address process weaknesses.
- Report QA findings, KPIs, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure QA processes support audit readiness and regulatory expectations.
For this role you'll also have:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance or operations QA, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC processes and quality control methods.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
