What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leverage industry knowledge in cards, foreign exchange (FX), and cross-border payouts to identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Exhibit strong sales and business development capabilities, managing complex sales processes effectively while maintaining resilience under pressure.
- Proactively engage clients through face-to-face meetings, calls, and other outreach methods to explore new sales opportunities and achieve both departmental and individual targets.
For this role you also have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, with experience in cross-border e-commerce, import/export trade, international logistics industries.
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in the travel sector, banking networks, or financial institutions is preferred.
- Sound understanding of international trade processes and settlement procedures.
Strong sales acumen with a proactive, adaptable mindset, coupled with excellent internal and external communication skills. - A good sense of responsibility and customer service orientation, with a strong understanding of business etiquette and time management.
