We are looking for a Business Development Manager that is based in Jakarta. The person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of managing successful partnerships in the fintech sector.
What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Expand and develop clients engaged in import-export trade and cross-border e-commerce, providing them with professional corporate services.
- Leverage company resources to identify clients' potential needs and offer satisfactory solutions.
- Engage with clients through meetings, phone calls, and other channels to develop new sales opportunities and achieve both individual and departmental sales targets.
- Utilise industry coverage in foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce to enhance brand awareness and expand the company's brand influence.
- Share and update market information with team members in a timely manner and complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
For this role you also have:
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in partnership management, business development, or sales within the fintech industry.
- Prefer in digital company proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering long-term partnerships.
