What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Identify and hunt new business clients and opportunities, and grow our company's portfolio in APAC regions.
- Leverage best practices to drive and successfully identify and convert new business opportunities in key market segments.
- Responsible for the whole sales process from leads generation, opportunity engagement, qualification, to contracts and onboarding.
- Act as first layer AML and Risk control function, while work closely with compliance team to perform sufficient KYC and other necessary compliance acts.
For this role you also have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record in Sales/Business Development.
- Strong industry know-how or experience in cross-border payment and commercial card is preferred.
- Experience in engaging and pitching to small, medium or enterprise customers would be highly desired.
- Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed, especially in a start-up environment.
- Fast learner, strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant with longer years of experience will also be considered for more senior business development role.
Not a must but a great advantage:
- University degree.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
